Rules

|
|
|
|
- All persons will conduct themselves in a manner that glorifies God at all times.
- Do not enter or leave the training area during a lesson without instructor’s permission.
- Shoes are never worn on the training area.
- Do not stand with hands on hips, arms folded, lean on walls or act in a sloppy manner.
- Watches and jewelry, except plain wedding bands, should not be worn.
- Male students do not wear t-shirts under dogi. Females may wear a white t-shirt.
- Instructors are addressed as Shihan, Sensei or Sempai according to rank.
- General conversation is not allowed during a lesson.
- No chewing gum.
- Respect and obedience to your Sensei and Sempai is required at all times.
- When an instructor speaks to you, your response is "os", when you understand.
- Spectators may not interfere with or disturb any student or instructor during training.
- If you are late to class, do ten push ups, then sit seisa at the side of the room until instructor gives permission to enter the training area.
- Bow and "kiai" each time you enter or leave the dojo.
I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE RULES OF THE DOJO. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING IS BY NATURE DANGEROUS, AND THAT INJURIES HAPPEN. I AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL RISK OF INJURY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS TRAINING.
